I like working for D-tree because I believe everyone deserves access to high quality health care and digital interventions are a key part of making this happen. I started working at D-tree as an intern and had not heard much of digital health services for decision support. Skip forward a few years and I am a Project Coordinator. D-tree as an organization takes deliberate steps to create paths of growth for you and mentors you through your growth.
Waking up every day knowing that what you are going to do has the potential to save people’s lives is one of the best feelings ever! This combined with the team that is open minded and always ready to learn and grow makes D-tree the best place to work. I am also very happy that my work is sufficiently challenging with lots of opportunity to grow.
I like working with D-tree because of the mission and vision as well as the culture of the organization. I believe we are unique as we are using digital tools to provide health services at community and health facilities level to improve and provide quality health services to clients.

Current Opportunities

D-tree’s onboarding process pairs new employees with an onboarding buddy. They also participate in calls about D-tree’s history, mission and vision, and various departments across D-tree, in addition to a position specific onboarding plan.
D-tree currently operates in Mainland Tanzania, Zanzibar, Malawi and Zambia, with a US-based global support team. Our employees believe in the mission and vision and find D-tree’s work engaging, highly collaborative, and rewarding.
